The “ai-influencers” app is a small private tool operated by Koen Maes (KOMA / komasoftware, Belgium, www.koma.be). Contact: koen@koma.be.
The app is used only by its owner to manage his own three Instagram creator accounts, which present clearly disclosed AI-generated fictional characters (@ingrid.bythesea, @gerard.inservice and @teo.inthechair). Through the official Instagram API it lets the owner publish reels and photos to those accounts, read the performance metrics of those posts, and read and reply to comments left on those posts. The app is not offered to other users and does not log anyone else in.
We do not collect passwords, private messages, contact lists, location data or any data from accounts other than the three accounts above and the public comments on their posts.
Comment data is used only so the owner can read, moderate and answer comments on his own posts. Metrics are used only to evaluate how the owner’s own content performs. No profiling, advertising or automated decision-making about commenters takes place.
Data is stored only on the owner’s own systems, solely for moderation and performance review, and is kept no longer than needed for that purpose (in practice for the duration of the project). Access tokens are kept private and are never shared.
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. Data is not used for advertising.
If you commented on one of these accounts and want your data removed, or want to access or correct it, email koen@koma.be with your Instagram username. We will delete any stored copy of your comments and username within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also delete your own comment on Instagram at any time. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new “last updated” date.
